Wow, what a way to answer a question, by indirectly putting down the rest of us folk who aren't as young and full of testosterone as you.

I'm a +40 female comfortably swinging 7.5 and 12 kg bells and just trying to find out if I can train every day. I'm concerned about bone density, not bicep dimensions. Here you've totally dismissed both my gender and age group. (And I notice your "exercises for 40 to 50 year olds" is blank - what's that about?)

The switch to bells is a move towards intensity, regardless of how little they weigh. The old "folks" at the club are there for the same reason you are - to better themselves in some way. Let us walk our own paths with dignity, and spare us the derision please. You'll be "old" someday, too.

If you're creating this negative vibe in the fitness club, it's no wonder you don't see others giving kettlebells a go. They probably all rush over to the bells once you've left the building!
